One effective way of controlling overpopulation of cats and dogs is to help Belizeans spay and neuter their pets and rehome stray animals.
Believe in Belize's approach to addressing this issue is through partnering with local nonprofits dedicated to address the overpopulation problem. Currently, we are working with the Placencia Humane Society. Updates and links are at the bottom of this page.
Believe in Belize markets and raises international donations to support their work. We also provide management oversight to ensure the funds are used as intended with transparency to the stakeholders.
However, this is only possible with the help of donors!
By setting up a US$100+ Yearly subscription you will be listed as an Annual Cause Supporter on the page of your chosen Cause. If you do not wish to be listed, please email us at donations@believeinbelize.org.
Incredible things happen when we all come together!
