3) We are not responsible for the quality of content on the sponsor's website, e.g. copyright violations.
Per IRS regulations, we cannot do the following:
1) Endorse the products or services of any sponsor.
2) Exclude competing organizations from sponsoring.
3) Link to a sponsor's pricing page (homepage links are OK as long as they do not include pricing information).
Not following those regulations will reclassify our sponsorship funds as "advertising" and potentially becomes taxable income for us.
