Introduction

Corozal Animal Program

Hello, my name is Sabrina Ford. In 2016, I retired to the beautiful and stress-free country of Belize. After seeing the amount of stray and neglected dogs in Corozal. I decided not to look away and built a plan of action to do something about it, Corozal Animal Rescue Experience (CARE)

Since its establishment in 2020 by mother and son owners, Sabrina Ford and Hakeem Ford. CARE has proudly rescued:

430 dogs

5 kittens

1baby pig

2 horses

Out of the 430 rescued dogs, 420 have been rehomed to families that we personally screen to assure these dogs will be cared for, will receive all the love and attention they deserve.

Many of the dogs that are rescued come from very abusive situations and it is something I dedicate as much time as needed to assure they never have to go through any neglect or abuse ever again.

The Corozal Animal Rescue Experience is primarily funded by donations. We are currently in need of:

Puppy/Dog food
